Why Choose An Access Fertility IVF Programme

Estimated reading time: 4 minutes

Over more than 12 years, £19,865,740 has been refunded to patients who chose an Access Fertility IVF programme. We’re proud to have played our part in welcoming over 12,000 new babies into the world, and take a look at why patients have chosen an Access Fertility IVF programme.

With many patients needing multiple rounds of IVF before having a baby, our programmes help to give patients financial reassurance before starting treatment.

Multiple cycles of IVF

One cycle of IVF can cost between £3000 and £7000, excluding medication, consultation fees, and any add-ons you might opt for.

To help lower the cost of treatment and give you more than one try at becoming pregnant, all Access Fertility IVF programmes consist of at least 2 cycles.

The security of a refund if you don’t have a baby

Going through months of treatment to then not have a baby can be devastating. And although we can’t ease that pain, it’s our aim to make sure you have some financial security if that should happen.

Our Refund Programmes offer up to 100% of your money back if you don’t have a baby. At the end of your treatment if you haven’t had a baby, getting your refund from us is simple. All you have to do is contact us and the money will be back in your account within 30 days.

Some of our patients choose to invest the money in further IVF cycles or pursue other pathways to parenthood, options that may not have been available had they not enrolled on an Access Fertility IVF programme.

Different ways to pay for IVF

IVF is a big investment, and we want our programmes to be affordable for anyone who needs treatment.

Patients can pay for our programmes upfront with a lump sum or apply for our 0% interest finance option to spread the cost over 12 months.

Our IVF finance options are designed to reduce the financial stress of paying for treatment. You can either apply for an IVF loan to cover the full cost or part of your Access Fertility programme.

Inclusions that reduce IVF costs

Every Access Fertility IVF programme includes a selection of treatment add-ons -you would ordinarily have to pay for in addition to a cycle of IVF.

These include: in-cycle blood tests and scans, blastocyst culture and transfer, 12 months embryo freezing and storage, unlimited frozen embryo transfers.

Available at fertility clinics across the UK

We’re proud to work with leading fertility clinics all over the U.K., including: Bourn Hall, Care Fertility, The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health, TFP Fertility, Manchester Fertility, and more.

You don’t have to play a postcode lottery to find an Access Fertility IVF programme. Our programmes are available at IVF clinics and satellite clinics across every region of England, and in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Patient feedback that drives improvement

Patient feedback plays an important role in how our team refine processes, work with fertility clinics, develop our programmes.

Access Fertility is rated 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot based on over 1,200 reviews, and that feedback is used to improve our service and ensure the best possible personalised experience for our patients.

How do I get a refund?

Our Refund Programmes operate on the basis that if, after using all the cycles in your plan, you unfortunately don’t have a baby, then you get a refund. We want to make that as simple as possible for patients. Once your clinic has notified us that unfortunately your treatment hasn’t been successful, please get in touch and we’ll issue your refund within 30 days of receiving a signed refund form. At Access Fertility, ‘success’ counts as a live birth – if you have a miscarriage, a stillbirth or a medically recommended termination, you would be eligible for a refund.
