Fertility Calculator

Welcome to the world’s most advanced Fertility Calculator.

Using sophisticated modelling techniques and cutting-edge AI technology we can help to accurately predict your likelihood of having a child.

We’ll give you results that show your chances of conceiving naturally to compare against your likelihood of becoming pregnant through multiple cycles of IVF/ICSI treatment.

Using the Calculator

You can enter detail for the key fertility indicators into our calculator. These are all measures that would be taken as part of a standard fertility health assessment.

If you’ve not undergone any of the relevant tests, we’ve auto-populated the form with default values.

For people over the age of 45, Access Fertility currently offers a Donor Egg Programme. If you would like to find out more about this then please contact our Patient Advisor team here.

The ranges has been selected based on how the model works. If your information sits outside this range then please just set the variable to the maximum / minimum value.

Probability is a tool to help individuals make informed decisions and manage expectations. It provides an understanding of the likelihood of an event, but it doesn’t provide certainty. The results of this calculator give a probability of having a child using Access Fertility programmes.

Our data is based from our patients (anonymously) who have been through the Access Fertility Programme. This means that our data is extremely accurate.

All our systems are protected by the highest level of security. All data used in the model is completely anonymous.

AMH (Anti-Mullerian Hormone): AMH is a hormone produced by follicles in the ovaries. It gives an estimate of the remaining egg supply in a woman’s ovaries. Higher levels of AMH indicate a larger egg reserve, while lower levels may suggest a reduced egg supply. AMH testing is important in assessing a woman’s ovarian reserve and can help in determining her fertility potential.

AFC (Antral Follicle Count): AFC is a measure of the number of small follicles present in a woman’s ovaries during a specific phase of her menstrual cycle. Follicles are structures that contain eggs. AFC provides information about the quantity of eggs remaining in the ovaries. A higher AFC suggests a larger pool of eggs and can be an indicator of better fertility potential.

Sperm motility: Sperm motility refers to the ability of sperm to swim and move effectively. It is an essential factor in achieving successful fertilisation. Higher sperm motility means that a larger percentage of sperm are moving actively, increasing the chances of sperm reaching and fertilising an egg.

Sperm morphology: Sperm morphology refers to the shape and structure of sperm. It assesses the percentage of sperm with a normal shape and size. Sperm with normal morphology are more likely to have the necessary structures to penetrate and fertilize an egg.

Sperm concentration: Sperm concentration, also known as sperm count, measures the number of sperm present in a given sample of semen. It indicates the quantity of sperm available for fertilisation. A higher sperm concentration generally improves the chances of successful fertilisation.

Sperm volume: Sperm volume refers to the amount of semen (fluid containing sperm) produced during ejaculation. It provides an indication of the overall amount of semen available for sperm transport. Adequate sperm volume is important for ensuring that enough sperm are present to reach the egg.

In our experience, a minimum of 2 cycles are required for the best outcomes.

*Please note that the variables chosen for the calculator have been selected due to their wide variance and effect in our data model. There are, however, other important factors that are less common that can have a significant effect on the probability of a live birth. Therefore, during the approval process for our programmes, each case undergoes a thorough medical review, which may yield different results than those generated by the calculator. Although Access Fertility has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the accuracy of the predictions generated by the calculator, we cannot accept responsibility for any disappointment caused if your personal outcome differs from that predicted by the calculator.
