Meet the Access Fertility Team, Francesca and Juan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each month we are introducing you to one or two of our small, 14 strong, team. These are the people who will be supporting you through your journey with Access Fertility. They are fabulous people, if you have any questions or would like to know anything at all, you can call or email them<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Francesca<\/h4>\n

Hi my name is Francesca and I joined Access Fertility in May 2018, following in my sister Olivia\u2019s footsteps, who works for Access Fertility as a Clinics Manager. I am the one on the left in the photo above. As part of my role as Patient Advisor I also help to make arrangements for us to attend The Fertility Shows and clinic open days throughout the year.<\/p>\n

We have recently gained a few new staff members from around the globe and I am enjoying getting to know them as well as learning about their cultures and picking up new phrases!<\/p>\n

I am very into music so outside of work you will usually find me at Festivals, glittered up from head to toe! During the winter months I am an extremely enthusiastic skier and look forward escaping to the mountains when I can.<\/p>\n

Juan<\/h4>\n

I was born in Spain and moved to the UK when I was six. I was lucky enough to grow up in the country\u2019s greatest county, Yorkshire. I moved away for uni when I was 18 and my accent has softened but to this day I still think of myself as a proud Yorkshireman. I was lucky enough to grow up on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and still love going back to visit.<\/p>\n

I am Access Fertility\u2019s Operations and Communications Director, which means I\u2019m responsible for the smooth running of the company and for things like our website. I\u2019ve been here two years and it\u2019s been amazing to see all the changes in that time. I\u2019m so proud of our patient advisors and their dedication to meeting the needs of our patients. We don\u2019t claim to be perfect but we really do try to help wherever we can and make the experience as smooth as possible. We recently introduced Trustpilot so patients could review us and leave feedback<\/a>. It\u2019s been very encouraging to read all the positive comments and get the opportunity to learn from the comments we get.<\/p>\n

Outside of work I\u2019m a big fan of the outdoors. Hiking, cycling and basically any reason to be out in the countryside. In fact as I write this I\u2019m actually travelling to Scotland to head off on a cycling trip around the Hebrides!<\/p>\n
