It&#8217;s through these meetings that the sector keeps up-to-date and ensures we provide the best possible care for patients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is it?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The European Society of Human Reproduction &amp; Embryology (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eshre.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ESHRE<\/a>) is the leading society in reproductive science and medicine. This year it holds its annual meeting from 3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 6<sup>th<\/sup> July in Helsinki.<\/p>\n<p>ESHRE is a hotbed of scientific thought that can make a real difference to patients all over the world. Last year saw interesting papers detailing declines in ectopic pregnancies with assisted reproduction techniques (ART) and no association between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medpagetoday.com\/meetingcoverage\/eshre\/52159\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ART and children\u2019s long-term academic performance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The event is a fantastic forum for shared-learning in every aspect of fertility treatment. Topics can range from patient care right the way through to recent scientific or technological breakthroughs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Attends?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our partner clinics will also be present as doctors, nurses and laboratory staff are eager to ensure their knowledge is current so they can best help their patients. Many of our partner clinics will also be sharing their own research and learnings through seminars and presentations to help other clinics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Can We Expect This Year?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Access Fertility will be there to ensure we\u2019re learning as much as we can about current thinking and any expected developments in anything from diagnosis to management and treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Access Fertility will work hard to bring back and highlight any current developments that you might be interested in as a patient.
