Meet the team – Jesal and Tatiana

Meet the Access Fertility Team, Jesal and Tatiana

Hello! As we started last month, we will be introducing you to the many faces of the Access Fertility team over the next few months. Each month we will give you an insight into the people who will be supporting you through your Access fertility journey, the people behind the emails and the phone calls. We are a small company so don’t worry, you won’t be bored with hundreds of profiles. This month we would like to introduce you to our amazing Jesal and Tatiana.

Hi!

My name is Jesal and I recently joined Access Fertility back in early June. I’ve been and lived all over the world experiencing different cultures and life (Dubai, Sudan and Ukraine to name a few!) and had the opportunity to learn and live independently at a boarding school in London from a young age.

Following these experiences I feel it has helped me to open my eyes to all walks of life and have developed a passion to help people achieve their dreams and wants, something that I feel very strongly about following my time volunteering and doing charity work.

My role at Access Fertility is as a Patient Advisor in which I get to communicate and speak to patients regarding our programmes and the different clinics we are partnered with to hopefully help them achieve their goal of completing their family. Being able to help and be a comfort to our patients in any way we can is a rewarding and satisfying feeling and I strive to ensure that our patients are getting the best experience they can from myself.

During my free time I enjoy following my favourite team Saracens dominate the Rugby scene, reading both fantasy and thought provoking literature and try/fail at keeping as fit as I can.

Tatiana

Hi,

My name is Tatiana and I joined the Access Fertility team in May this year as a French and English patient advisor.

Originally born in Paris, I lived in Belgium for 15 years before moving to London. After one year in London, I had such a great experience that I did not want to go back to Belgium and decided to study Film and Comparative Literature at Queen Mary University.

Even after all this time in London, I am still discovering new places in this city. On my free days, I usually explore new places in West London where I live such as Fulham, Earl’s Court, and Hammersmith.

I’m someone that needs to be constantly doing something which is great because my role involves many activities – there is always something for me to do in the office!

I am excited about my role at Access Fertility as it gives me the opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives and I will get to speak both French and English. You will hear me on the phone soon!

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going to the theatre and watching movies especially old Hollywood movies. I am also interested in arts and fashion.
